Everything Softvole Builds
White Label WordPress Services for Agencies
Softvole covers four points in an agency client’s website lifecycle: new WordPress builds, WooCommerce stores, SEO-aware redesigns, and ongoing website care. Each service is delivered under the agency’s brand with senior-only execution, one project lead, fixed scope logic, and zero direct client contact.
- 300+ launches
- 40+ agency partners
- 20+ senior-only team
- 5.0 Google + Clutch
You design. We build.
Your approved design, implemented in WordPress. Landing page from $1,200. Website from $2,400 for up to five unique templates.
We design and build.
Design responsibility and development together. Business website from $3,500. Redesign with migration from $3,500.
Two ways to engage
Every service starts with one question: who owns the design?
Route one
You design. We build.
Your team has sold and approved the design. We implement it, with the structure, responsive behaviour and quality checks agreed in the scope.
- You supply the approved design file, usually Figma
- You own art direction and client feedback
- We own build quality, responsive behaviour and handover
- Lower production cost, because design is already paid for
$1,200
Route two
We design and build.
You bring the brief, the brand direction and the client relationship. We take design responsibility through to a built, tested website.
- We wireframe and design before build
- You approve direction at defined checkpoints
- We own design and development together
- Higher production cost, because more responsibility sits with us

White Label WordPress Website Maintenance and Care

Care is maintenance, not open-ended development. When a care request turns out to be project work, we scope it separately under the service that owns it. Compare the care tiers in full →
Shared Delivery Standard
The service changes. The agency protections do not.
Agencies should not have to relearn how the relationship works every time the project type changes.
One project lead
A named point of contact coordinates scoping, production, revisions, QA, and handoff.
Fully white labeled
No Softvole footer credit, watermark, or unsolicited end-client communication.
Fixed scope economics
Project requirements are translated into an agreed cost before production starts.
Agency-owned relationship
Your agency keeps the client, proposal, invoice, margin, and final presentation.
Lifecycle Thinking
A client can stay on one production system from launch to long-term care
Build, ecommerce, redesign, and maintenance work are often treated as separate silos. Softvole’s four services are designed to connect.
Launch
A new WordPress site or landing page starts with development.
Sell online
Commerce requirements move into WooCommerce architecture, checkout, payments, and integrations.
Rebuild
Existing sites can be redesigned while preserving valuable search and content assets.
Maintain
Post-launch care keeps updates, backups, security, and performance off the agency’s internal queue.
Service Boundaries
Choose the page that owns the main production risk
Real projects can touch more than one service. The primary service should match the problem that drives the scope, while adjacent work is added without turning the hub into a duplicate of every child page.
New build with a small shop section
If the project is mainly a business website and commerce is minor, the scope can begin with WordPress development. If catalog, checkout, payment, shipping, or subscription rules become central, WooCommerce development should own the project.
Redesign with existing rankings
If the client already has a live website, the redesign path should own the migration decisions even when most of the visible work looks like a new build. Existing URLs, content, redirects, analytics, and indexability make it a different risk profile from a net-new site.
Launch followed by recurring care
Development ends when the scoped project is delivered. Maintenance begins when the agency wants ongoing ownership of updates, backups, uptime, security, performance, and routine technical care. Keeping that boundary explicit protects both pricing and expectations.
Care request that becomes a project
A maintenance plan should not hide a new feature, major redesign, or large WooCommerce change. When recurring care surfaces project work, Softvole separates the new requirement, scopes it under the appropriate service, and lets the agency decide how to commercialize it.
One Partner, Four Service Intents
Standardize the agency experience without flattening the technical work
The benefit of a service system is not pretending every project is identical. It is keeping the commercial and communication model consistent while the technical checklist changes with the work.
| What stays consistent | What changes by service |
|---|---|
| Agency owns the end-client relationship | Build QA, ecommerce transaction QA, migration QA, and maintenance verification each need different checks |
| Dedicated project lead or defined care ownership | The scope inputs change from Figma and templates to store rules, redirects, or site-health risk |
| White-label delivery and no Softvole client-facing credit | Timelines depend on design, migration, integrations, catalog complexity, and recurring-care conditions |
| Clear scope and pricing before work begins | Project pricing applies to builds and redesigns, while website care is recurring monthly work |
If you already know the client requirement, go directly to the relevant service page. If the problem still spans multiple categories, book a strategy call and scope the dominant risk first.
