White Label WordPress Case Studies

These examples show the kinds of problems Softvole solves behind agency brands: protecting search assets during a redesign, recovering a WooCommerce launch after missed deadlines, and taking recurring WordPress maintenance off a design team’s queue.

Why the agency names are limited: Softvole is a white label production partner. Confidentiality is part of the product. Public proof should show enough project detail to evaluate competence without exposing a partner or end client simply to make the case study sound more impressive.

Results are more useful when the constraint is clear

Confidential work can still show proof. Focus on what changed, the constraint, and Softvole’s role.

How we measured these results

Business figures: Build and care hours come from the agency’s and Softvole’s time tracking. The earlier cancellation rate is for the agency’s old hosting plans, which is the closest comparable recurring product.
Speed: Starter designs score a median mobile LCP of 1.6 seconds in lab tests, but speed was not compared before and after.
Attribution: Five months is early for churn data, and spring and summer are busy seasons for contractors. We will revisit churn after a full year.
The practical win for the agency: Subscription revenue now covers the agency’s fixed costs each month, which changes how it hires and how it prices other services.

How we measured these results

Business figures: Inquiries are contact form submissions, excluding vendor solicitations and job applications. Pages per session counts portfolio and project pages only.
Speed: LCP is the median of three Lighthouse mobile lab runs on four project pages. Lab figures only.
Attribution: Five backlogged projects were published right after launch, which added fresh content and likely contributed to engagement. The firm also won a regional design award during the after window.
The practical win for the agency: The studio now offers the same migration and portfolio system to two other architecture clients, delivered through Softvole.

How we measured these results

Business figures: Ticket data comes from the agency’s Jira board. Missed publish dates were counted from the editorial calendar where a piece moved because of a technical blocker.
Speed: Page speed was not a goal of this engagement, though six of nine sites improved after theme cleanup.
Attribution: Some of the backlog reduction came from closing tickets that were no longer relevant during the audit (21 tickets). We report closed tickets separately to show real throughput.
The practical win for the agency: The agency added a technical SEO offer for its SaaS clients, delivered by the same dedicated developer, without adding headcount.

How we measured these results

Business figures: Build time and review rounds were logged by the credit union’s marketing team for each promotion. Rate update time was measured on the first rate change after launch.
Speed: LCP is the median of three Lighthouse mobile lab runs on the homepage and two rate pages. Lab figures only.
Attribution: The rebrand itself also changed copy and photography. Speed and editing gains are tied directly to the theme. We did not measure member acquisition, since the rebrand campaign makes attribution unclear.
The practical win for the agency: The agency handed off a site it is confident will stay on brand, and the credit union signed a retainer for quarterly pattern additions.

Faster Trip Pages and More Booking Starts

We compared the 56 days of peak season after launch in 2026 with the same 56 calendar days in 2025, because tour demand is strongly seasonal. A plain before and after comparison would have been misleading.

Availability phone calls logged by office
Before: 388
After: 229
Booking-start rate
Before: 3.9%
After: 5.4%
BeforeAfter

How we measured these results

Business figures: Booking starts are clicks that open the provider checkout, tracked as a GA4 event. Phone calls come from the office call log, tagged ‘availability’ by staff. Rate equals booking starts divided by trip page sessions.
Speed: LCP is the median of three Lighthouse mobile lab runs across five representative trip pages. Lab figures, not field data.
Attribution: 2026 snowpack produced stronger river flows than 2025, which may have lifted rafting demand. Trip page sessions rose 8%, so most of the booking gain came from the higher booking-start rate, not traffic alone.
The practical win for the agency: The agency added a recurring paid search campaign built on the new live-availability landing pages, which it now manages on a monthly retainer.

Handoff and What Happened Next

The agency received the full plugin source in Git, a README covering credentials, sync schedule, logs, and rate-limit usage, and an admin guide for the operator’s office team. Because availability now lives as real data on the site, the agency built paid search campaigns on dynamic landing pages, something the iframe made impossible. We added Event structured data to scheduled departures so search engines can read dates directly.

Integration monitoring now runs inside Softvole website care: a monthly review of sync logs catches slow failures before customers notice. For a comparable sync project, see the Dallas ATS job board plugin, and for portal-style builds read our client portal guide.

What We Would Do Differently

We would test with real production data, read-only, earlier in the project. The sandbox did not include multi-day trips with split pricing, which we only met in week four. We would also write the timezone test on day one; date handling is a known risk in every booking integration, and a test costs minutes. And we would set up changelog alerts for the provider’s API before the build starts, not after the first breaking change.

Online conference registrations from members using assistive technology

BeforeAfter

How we measured these results

Business figures: Assistive technology registrations were self-reported in an optional accessibility needs question on the registration form, introduced with the new flow, so there is no earlier comparison.
Speed: Not a focus of this engagement.
Attribution: Automated tools catch only part of WCAG issues, which is why manual testing was included. These results describe conformance testing, not a legal opinion. The association’s counsel reviewed the accessibility statement.
The practical win for the agency: The agency added accessibility audits to its standard services for association clients, delivered through Softvole.

Staying Accessible After Remediation

Accessibility decays as content changes. The association’s care plan includes monthly automated scans, a quarterly manual check of key journeys, and a review of any new plugin before installation. Editors follow a one-page guide covering headings, links, images, tables, and documents.

These results describe conformance testing, not a legal opinion; the association’s counsel reviewed the accessibility statement. For broader context, read our WordPress audit guide, the credit union theme case where accessibility was built into components from the start, and our redesign service for sites that need rebuilding rather than patching.

What We Would Do Differently

We would train editors in week one instead of week six, so new content stays compliant while remediation is underway. We would also contact third-party plugin vendors as soon as their components fail testing, giving them more time to ship fixes before an event.

  Services FAQ

Questions about choosing and combining services

What is a white label WordPress agency?

A white label WordPress agency builds, redesigns, maintains, or supports WordPress websites on behalf of another agency while staying invisible to that agency’s end client. The partner agency keeps the relationship, pricing, brand, and final presentation. Softvole works only with agencies and never approaches an agency’s client directly.

Softvole is built for marketing, SEO, branding, design, ecommerce, and web agencies that sell WordPress or WooCommerce work but do not want every project to depend on internal headcount. A partner can start with one project, use Softvole for overflow, or build an ongoing fulfillment relationship.

If your agency already has an approved design, landing page development starts at $1,200 and multi-page WordPress development starts at $2,400 for up to about five unique templates. If Softvole handles both design and development, business websites start at $3,500. WooCommerce starts at $4,500 from an approved design or $6,500 when Softvole handles design and build. Website care starts at $149 per site each month. Final pricing is fixed after the project scope is agreed.

A standard business website typically takes 12 to 19 days from approved brief to launch-ready delivery. Larger corporate sites, complex integrations, migrations, and WooCommerce stores can take longer. The delivery timeline is agreed during scoping, before production starts.

No. Softvole is a behind-the-scenes fulfillment partner. Deliverables are unbranded, Softvole does not add footer credits or watermarks, and client communication stays with the partner agency. NDAs can be signed on request.

Yes. Softvole can cover overflow, specialist WooCommerce work, redesign migration, or post-launch care while your internal developer stays focused on the work your agency wants to keep in-house.
