Why Softvole Exists
Built around an agency capacity problem, not a generic web-service menu
Growing agencies hit an awkward point. Client demand increases before headcount can safely increase. A freelancer may be strong but still has one calendar. An in-house hire can solve capacity but adds recruiting time, payroll, management, and the risk of carrying unused capacity when the pipeline slows.
Softvole was built around a narrower idea: agencies should be able to add reliable WordPress and WooCommerce production capacity without changing who owns the client. That meant designing the company around white label delivery from the beginning, not adding a white label package to a direct-to-client agency later.
The result is a service model with clear boundaries. Softvole builds and maintains the site. The partner agency keeps strategy, communication, pricing, invoicing, and relationship ownership. NDAs are available on request. The finished website, design files, and code transfer to the partner agency on final payment, subject to third-party licenses.

The Rules Behind the Brand
Core values are only useful when they change how projects run
Agency relationships stay agency-owned
Senior execution over cheap throughput
One ecosystem, repeated deeply
Scope must be visible
QA is part of delivery
Project management should disappear
What Softvole Is Not
A narrow fit is part of the operating model
Not a direct-to-client agency
Not a multi-platform generalist shop
Not an hourly body-rental model
How the Team Shows Up
The agency sees a project lead, not a rotating cast
| Role | What the agency experiences | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Project lead | One named contact for scope, updates, revisions, and delivery | Fewer handoff gaps and less chasing |
| Design and development | Work coordinated inside one delivery system | Less translation between separate vendors |
| QA | Checks before agency presentation | Reduces the chance that the agency becomes the testing team |
| Leadership | Named escalation path | Accountability stays clear when intervention is needed |
